William Ayers and I are both Arborists (Tree Surgeons) working and living within the Cambs area. We are both keen runners and share a strong connection with the Armed Forces.

 

To that end we decided some months ago to enter the Original Mountain Marathon(OMM) and raise some money for Help For Heroes. We have recently been accepted into the event and are now stepping up the training to ensure its a successful race.

 

For those that are not familiar with the OMM, it is basically a marathon which is run over 2 days in mountains. The distance you run is largely based on your map reading skills - but let's just say we won't be running any less than 27 miles.

 

This year it's in Brecon......... enough said.
