We raise money to improve the lives of sports tetraplegics

Story

I have helped Regain for some while now, mainly on their Snowdon Challenge,  having the honour, in 2010, of competing in the event with Tetraplegic and Olympian, Steve Osborne at the head of our team. As my "50 for 50" challenge didn't really get going, I thought I ought to make amends! So a 300 miles plus bike ride seemed to fit the bill. We will set off from London on 11th May 2016

Day 1 London - Harwich 80 miles

Day 2 Hook of Holland - Amsterdam 60 miles

Day 3 Amsterdam - Breda 80 miles

Day 4 Breda - Brussels 80 miles

Please take a look at my "blog" where you can follow each "event" and keep up to date...... but please donate a little to such a great Charity. http://sinaicycle.blogspot.co.uk/

About the charity

Regain is the only charitable organisation dedicated solely to improving the independence of all British men & women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting or leisure accident. A tetraplegic is unable to walk and has limited reach & dexterity because use of the arms is severely impaired.
