Cancer can touch us all in some way throughout our lives, whether directly or through a family member or friend.

The charity want to develop a courtyard within the Cancer Department, and  this is what we at Skanska Derby, want to raise money for. Majority of us have or will be affected by cancer, in one way or another. This courtyard, will give patients and their families somewhere to sit, talk and reflect in nice surroundings. We want to give something back to a place close to our hearts. A place where we all work, and even had family, friends or ourselves treated at the hospital. 

To raise the money, a team of 12 walkers, and minibus driver, plan on climbing / walking the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales. Which are Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Mt Snowdon respectively, within 24hrs. 

We understand the size of the task we're undertaking, but it's worth it for such a worth cause.
