We are both hoping to raise funds for Kidney Cancer UK and feel that a tandem skydive would be a great opportunity to raise money for a charity close to our hearts.

Our Dad, David, was originally diagnosed with kidney cancer in June 2013 for which he underwent surgery. However, by May 2015 the cancer had spread. Kidney cancer is very resistant to conventional chemotherapy so new, more powerful and more targeted agents need to be developed and tested. There is currently no cure for stage 4 metastatic kidney cancer. Kidney Cancer UK not only funds essential research into treatments but it is also campaigning to introduce national kidney screening for essential early detection. This can only be achieved through the financial support of donations and fundraising.  

We are hoping to raise over £1,000 between us.
