 On June 30 I will be taking the Ben Nevis Challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my wonderful father Douglas Hewett who lost his life to cancer 4 years ago.

  For all those lucky to have known him, my Dad was super human when it came to living life. He was a firefighter, a medic, he climbed, he ran and was part of the UK Search and Rescue team. He really was an extraordinary person.

  Macmillan Cancer Support is a charity close to my heart and can only carry on its amazing research and support for those with cancer through funding and donations. The Ben Nevis Challenge is my way of preserving my Dads memory and to support the fantastic and life saving work Macmillan provide.
