I am a special needs teacher and playworker...after  fighting the system and getting depressed I have found running (especially weekly Parkruns) has massively helped me improve my life (along with the love and support of all my family, friends and fiancee) After running 2 marathons I want to run my third to help share the benefits of regular exercise and support Charlie Chaplin Adventure Playground in getting their music facility refurbished to help support these amazing kids express themselves through voice and music!
