Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Hi my name is Jeanne and I live with and care for my mother-in-law who has dementia. Our journey would have been even more challenging if not for the support of the Alzheimer's Society. I also run a community charity café for our church, St Andrew's Church Thornhill Square, once a month. As my way of 'giving back' we are hosting a StAn's Café Cupcake Day event on 15th June 2019 from 10am to 1pm and I am donating that day's café takings to Alzheimer's Society for their amazing work.
