Each year, everyone at SSF takes part in an event in which many other companies within a worldwide group of companies, all members of the IMI plc group take part. The special name for the activity is the IMI Way Day. The importance of SSF operating each day within the companies code of ethical and responsible business conduct can never be underestimated. The days training, and everyone's contribution to it, plays an important role in maintaining SSF's understanding and commitment to these important issues, and the pride they can take from working with them.

 

As part of these values, and as a contribution to their local community, SSF have organised a sponsored walk on June 13th on which everyone at SSF has been asked to take part. The money raised will be in aid of the Ashgate Hospice, an independent registered charity that provides specialist palliative care (care to relieve pain rather than cure) both at the Hospice and with the community, for adults and their families. Everything done at Ashgate Hospice gives patients and their families all the help and care they need to continue living for every day.
