My friend Nicola works for Demelza, she works super hard with an amazing team and has told me different stories of how they help seriously ill children and their families through some of the toughest of times. I'm a mum to 3 and I know how much every moment should be treasured but can't imagine the fear and worry some of these families face, I just want to do a bit to make a difference. Demelza have to raise over 10 million a year just to keep going and next year they will have been supporting families across the South East for 20 years.
