Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On new year’s day 2014 I was part of a team of kayakers who got into trouble on the river Mawdach in mid wales. One of my friends broke his back on the river and required rescuing. The team at the South Snowdonia Search and Rescue team gave up their day to recover my friend in some truly horrible weather with some very challenging ground conditions. Fortunately, due to the care my friend received on the day we got out safely and he has made a full recovery.

Please help me raise money to allow them to continue doing their vital work that allows us all to explore the lovely country side around us with the knowledge that when the worst happen they will be there to help
with a smile on their faces.
