Take pity on me!  In Cisco, I work with a bunch of type A competitive fitness fanatics, and they press ganged me in to riding a stage of the Ride Across Britain  support of the British Paralympics Association.  We'll be cycling 110 miles per stage, I'm doing the Fort William to Glasgow stage.  Some of the nutters are doing the whole John O'Groats to Land's End :-)

I've never cycled 110 miles in one day before, in fact, until this year, I'd never cycled more than 60 miles in one day (and that was probably 6 or 7 years ago), so this is taking me beyond my comfort zone.  So take pity on me and donate to this very worthwhile cause!
