On the 15th of January prostate cancer of the advanced kind arrived in my lap (literally) and all over my bones.  The kindness and caring provided by the MacMillan nurses at St Mary's Hospital here on the Isle of Wight has already been outstanding.  This is just my way of trying to give something back in support.
