My dear Dad sadly passed away from the Covid virus on 26th March 2020. He had Dementia and my Mum had been his full time carer for some time before he passed. My mum looked after my Dad making sure he had all the care he needed. Caring for someone with Dementia is a full time job and really takes its toll on the carer. My Mum, Brother and myself thought that we would provide options for family and friends to either send flower tributes for Dad’s funeral and/or donate to a Dementia charity.

We chose Dementia Matters as they provide specialists care, support & advice to people with dementia and their carers.
