MIND have given me the opportunity to take on this daft idea of jumping out of a perfectly good airplane !!!

I have personally had some issues in the past which could have required the support of MIND but I managed to get through my issues with the support of my family and some very close friends. Not everyone is as fortunate as me to have this support and may require the support of an organisation like MIND to help them through the dark times. 

I can honestly say that there is always light at the end of the tunnel and with your help we can help MIND to make that light stronger for a lot of people and help them to find it.
