Here we go again!!!! Year 4
Coast to coast silent trek, nil by mouth 48 and solidarity swim in aid of Glasgow’s Rape Crisis Centre.
This one is pretty special. I’m delighted to be joined by my good friend Lindsey ‘Haberbashery’ Meanie.
The idea is a silent triple marathon trek from Portobello to Dunoon (with a ferry cheat from Gourock) via Airdrie and Paisley over three days followed by a 48 hour fast throughout Christmas.
We wanted to join forces in solidarity with survivors of sexual violence and their families. Lindsey will also be undertaking a ridiculously huge number of laps in the swimming pool.
