Thanks for taking the time to visit my page!!

11months ago i crashed my road bike and landed on my head.  I was instantly paralysed from the neck down. It was the scariest moment of my life. Over the next 2months i had to learn to sit up, feed myself, walk ,go to the toilet, wash, everything you dont even think about everyday!  Ive been very lucky to have an incredible family and support from friends and now i want to show everyone what their help has helped me to acheive. The triathlon will be 1 year since my crash.
