Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This year, I retired from the Royal Air Force after nearly 30 year's service. One of the reasons I retired was to have the time to pursue some charitable endeavours.
Since I left the military, I have been growing a beard and it has turned into something I really like having around... not to mention that it looks truly magnificent!
So after a conversation, in the Rodney Inn (Helston), I came to the conclusion that it would be a wonderful way to get the ball rolling if I shaved off, not only my 'freedom' beard, but also my fabulous mane of silver hair.
I have chosen Marie Curie as a starting point for my charitable concerns because they are there to help people in the most difficult of circumstances... terminal illness.
Please dig deep! Even if you are just fed up with my MAGNIFICENT man-beard and my FABULOUS head of silver hair!
I am planning to do the deed on the evening of the 5th May, in the Rodney Inn (Helston) so time is of the essence!
