So, with a frighteningly short 3 weeks notice, I've taken a slightly last-minute decision to try and run in the British 10K for Cecily's Fund.  They're a brilliant charity from my hometown in Witney who primarily focus on providing access to education for children in Zambia who have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS.

I'm a bit of a fair-weather runner, having flirted with the occasional after-work jog over the years so participating in an actual sporting event is a little daunting. I've already started training so come race-day, I should be raring to go, but every pound and penny of extra motivation this page can gather will be very much appreciated!
