Tiny Steps is a wonderful charity close to me, in fact the beautiful lady that started this journey lives right next door. Little Connie experienced complications at birth resulting in disabilities that Martin and Laura (Connie's amazing parents) live with day to day. They recognised the need in our local area of Northwich for a facility providing respite for parents in similar situations while keeping the children entertained. They decided to start Tiny Steps to provide such a facility and are nearing their goal thanks to some unbelievable generosity and tireless work of family, friends and general kind soles of this world.

I'm also doing this ride in honour of one of my best pals Dave Prole who tragically passed away last month after a sudden cardiac arrest. Proley was a very special selfless man, indeed he raised funds for Tiny Steps himself so it only seemed fitting, gone but never ever forgotten.

Anything you can give is massively appreciated, I know we all do our own bit in our own way, but with your support it will make me that bit more determind to don my lycra's (hold that thought ladies) and smash the hills of Scotland! Joking apart, it all goes to making a difference for others!
