Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've signed up for the 100 mile Great Notts bike ride this week. I haven't done enough miles and don't have much training time left. But then I thought, at least I can pay the entry fee, at least I have my family & friends to support me. I have a nice bike (a bit old now), I'm lucky to be so blessed in life. So why not help someone else from my pain and enjoyment.

Unfortunately not everyone has been so blessed, lucky or had the chance to be so fortunate. Some have fallen on hard times, some don't have loving family and friends and need some help to rebuild their lives.  The Friary delivers that help and support, putting smiles on faces as well as food in empty stomachs.

If you can spare a few quid I'll be very grateful, but it's not for me it's for those who need places like the Friary.
