Okey Dokey - for the second year running I'm doing the TR24 (Adidas Thunder Run). It's a 24 hour race up and down hills, through woods and across some beautiful rough countryside. Last year we had 6 people in I did a marathon in the 24 hours - losing two people to injury in the process. This year there are only 5 of us and one is only there for a single lap which means I'll be doing somewhere between 36 to 48 miles in the 24 hours.

This year I have decided to see if I can raise some money for Help For Heroes. One of the guys in my team is in the Army and as this is a charity I have a lot of time for so it seems a good fit.
