The Great Newham Run is a 10k course around the Olympic Park, finishing in the Olympic Stadium.

Stuart started running early in 2016, but wanted to do something for charity. "A family member goes to The Hamlet and I wanted to raise money as your centre does so much good across all age groups. I decided it would be an honour to raise some money for something so good as The Hamlet."

The Hamlet it a Norfolk charity supporting children and adults with disabilities and complex health needs. We work with families to overcome the daily barriers that they face, so that they no longer feel alone on their journey. With a little help from our friends like you, we can do more to make life better for our families.
