We want to raise money to help equip business owners, managers and employees provide mental health support to themselves and others. 

Since founding HITZone and opening the first of the studios, Stu has found that there is very little in the way of resources and support for business owners to support their own mental health and that of their team. Mark and Stu became friends through HITZone and Mark introduced Stu to the world of cycling!

This needs to change and The Shaw Foundation are a charity that has the goal to significantly reduce suicide across the world within 10 years. They do this by developing innovative ways to support children and the next generation to flourish and cope with the emotional demands of modern day life, and by supporting businesses to shape positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

We will be cycling to each of the HITZone studios in the UK during May 2020. This will involve cycling 1000 miles, and the aim is to do it in 9 days.... if we open any more studios before May 2019 then the mileage will increase! We'd love to raise £5 for every mile we are cycling!

The route will be:

HITZone Telford (Halesfield) -> HITZone Telford (Ketley) -> HITZone Shrewsbury -> HITZone Banbridge (Northern Ireland) -> HITZone Lisburn (Northern Ireland) -> HITZone Barnstaple (Devon) -> HITZone Ashford (Middlesex) -> HITZone Ipswich -> HITZone Telford (Halesfield)

Stu first cycled in June 2018 and Mark began in June 2016 and neither of us have so far cycled more than 45 miles in a day.
