The Sara Lee Trust is close to my heart as I have seen personally the good work they do.  They are a local charity who provide end of life counselling and complementary therapy services annually to over 600 patients of St Michaels Hospice St Leonards on Sea and the Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital.
