I'm running the Balmoral 10K race on 28thApril in aid of The Stroke Association. I provide a weekly exercise class for the Deeside Stroke Group, which is a voluntary led organisation - run by Stroke survivors for stroke survivors. The group have obtained initial funding from The stroke Association, but will require ongoing sponsorship in order to continue growing and provide other services in the future.
