The Adventure Abseil will take place on Sunday 24th April, down the 13-storey, 51-metre Europa Hotel. This is an exciting event aimed at those who seek thrill and adventure to escape the routine of everyday life, while raising money for a great cause. The aim of The Northern Ireland’s Children to Lapland Trust is to fulfil the dreams of terminally ill, long term ill and deserving children, by taking them on a trip of a lifetime to see Santa at his home in Lapland. On last year’s trip the joy that was experienced by the children, many of whom bravely endure great suffering in their daily lives, was pure magic. Many of these children are no longer with us and indeed, it was probably the last trip they made

About the charity

We are an independent Northern Irish charity who give terminally ill, life limited and deserving children a magical day by taking them to visit Santa at his home in Lapland. For many of these special children it is sadly the last trip they will make. Charity Commission NI no. 103911
