Story
CLIC Sargent's vision is a world where all children and young people with cancer live life to the full. The charity supports children and young people with cancer, and their families, from diagnosis onward. They aim to help the whole family deal with the impact of cancer and its treatment, life after treatment and, in some cases, bereavement.
- £170.00 could pay for a CLIC Sargent grant to help meet the sudden extra costs that a cancer diagnosis can bring
- £300.00 could fund a CLIC Sargent grant to help bereaved family pay for a child's funeral
- £990.00 could pay for a family to stay for a month in a home from home close to where their child is receiving cancer treatment
Since the charity depends almost entirely on voluntary donations to fund their services, this year TORI Global decided to complete the Three Peaks Challenge to support their great cause. We will be climbing Ben Nevis, Scaffel Pike and Snowdon, all within a 24 hour timeframe. The team comprises of Paul Lowrie, Katie Lawton, as well as the graduates (Ben Fawcett, Matt Pryke, Jon Crowder, Wiktoria Bartusik and Michael Bowyer).
We aim to raise £10,000 for the cause, and we would love it if you could show us some support.
