Team Talent Hive are going to be fundraising across the year through varied activities for Action Duchenne, this charity is close to Will and the team as personal friend and former colleague Patrick Harness’s son Oliver was diagnosed in December 2012 with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, we aim to raise funds for continued research into finding a cure, as at this time their is no cure for Duchenne.

Duchenne Muscular dystrophy is the most common fatal genetic disorder diagnosed in childhood and there are approximately 2,500 people with Duchenne in the UK.  It is is a congenital condition resulting in progressive loss of muscle function which prevents them walking  and ultimately complete paralysis usually by their 20's.

If you know us at Talent Hive you will know that we are not really the "sporty type"... We may talk a little bit of football, attempt a game of squash here or there, share a packet of biscuits from time to time and always have a bacon sandwich every Friday, so this isn't going to be an easy ride.  But we would really appreciate any support you can give us on our fundraising and we will return with some pictures of proof of the injuries, dirt and sweat we gain during the event.
