As many of you are aware OCR Charity assisted, advised, supported and provided information and resource to Rita, but more so importantly assured and comforted Rita during her ongoing treatment..

Sadly Rita lost her battle to this terrible disease and passed away on April 5th 2013. She will always live in our hearts and will never be forgotten by her nearest dearest, loved ones and friends alike...

The Iceland Challenge 6 day cross county trek 8 hours a day across;
Iceland land of fire and ice, the most geo-active place on our planet, the most active volcanoes in the world totaling 130, driving fierce rain, hurricane force winds, nose freezing snow blizzards, surrounded by melting glaciers, navigating flowing lava fields, traversing deep valley gorges all coupled with plummeting temperatures ranging from 3 to -22 the lowest ever recorded being -39.7c and lets not forget the awe-inspiring dazzling midnight sun…

Please do feel generous as it’s a great, tough and epic challenge, but more importantly OCR charity do some wonderful work in striving to stop women dying from cancer by funding world-class scientific research leading to innovative treatment and progressive solutions.
