James and I are keen Cotswold walkers and for years have been talking about finding the time to undertake a significant stroll together!

I've been working this month with The Eve Appeal to promote the Go Red Trek taking place on the 28th September to raise vital funds to help protect the 21 mothers, daughters, sisters, friends or partners who are diagnosed with one of the five gynaecological cancers every single day in the UK. It took us about ten minutes to decide not just to shout about it - but to do it!

So please if you have a few spare pennies we'd be so grateful for your support.
