On 29th June we will take part in the CF Warrior games. The team will take 20 minute turns to do the following exercises:

• WEIGHTLIFTING
• RUNNING
• ROWING
• CYCLING
• BODYWEIGHT (PRESS-UPS/SIT-UPS/AIR SQUATS) 
• TYRE FLIPPING
• BURPEES       
• PROWLERS
• SANDBAG CARRY

So for 24 hours we will be constantly exercising and each team member will be exercising 20 minutes in every 80 minutes for an entire day.

We are looking to raise money to support the work of CF Warriors who
are focused on inspiring people with Cystic Fibrosis to use sport as part
of their battle against the disease.  They also provide children with CF with a "Warrior Pack" containing various items, plus regular contact from the charity.  They are currently working on training videos to help them train every week  and fitness equipment.  They are also building an app for all CF Warriors so they can be notified if they get too close to another CF Warrior.  For those of you who aren't aware, anyone with CF cannot be in the same space as any other person with CF or they risk cross-infection of the bacteria they carry within their lungs that could be harmful to each other.  It can be very isolating as they cannot meet in person.
