Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Malcolm, Louise, Debbie & Lucy  or ‘Team BTL’ as we are now known will be taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle Ride on September 11th, 2016, an iconic and challenging 54 mile bike ride which we have all taken on to raise much needed help in aid of a little boy called Charlie who was diagnosed with brain cancer in January 2014. Although currently in remission his parents have set up a “Tree of Hope Page” in his name to raise funds to ensure they can provide Charlie with the very best treatment and care, should he need it in the future.

Please click on the link below and take just a few minutes to read Charlie's story;

For some of Team BTL this is a very new and very real challenge, particularly when you take into account for some this is their first time back in the saddle since their teenage years! This will be the first event for everyone as a Team and although training began back in March and everyone is now very much acquainted with their bikes, there is now frighteningly only 3 days to go!

And so this is where we are now calling on YOU for your much needed support (and cash) to ensure not only that all our blood, sweat and tears is not in vane but much more importantly that Little Charlie gets the support he so very much deserves.

So, we would all wish to thank you for your time and for whatever support or donation you can spare.

Thank you

Malcolm, Louise, Debbie & Lucy
