Story

I am one member of a 4 man cycling team that has entered the Race Across America (RAAM) to raise funds for charity.  RAAM is a non-stop cycle race beginning on June 18, 2016 in Oceanside, California and after 3000 miles finishing in Annapolis, Maryland.  In 2013 I lost my son Joel due to complications caused by his Cerebral Palsy a few months before his 13th birthday.  We are doing this event in honour of Joel and are raising funds for The Laughter Specialists who were always there for him.  No matter the situation, the Laughter Specialists and their entertainers could always bring a smile to his face and they continue to do so to so many children across the UK.  Smiling and laughter are two of the best forms of therapy.
