So ..... finally ..... my branch of the Diment clan have decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon 2017 together for the first (and probably last) time.

The Team consists of :

• Ted : experienced but broken
• Sue : amazingly fit but hates running
• Harriet : "how hard can a half marathon be ??"

Training has been .... sporadic at best. But I'm sure we will do ourselves proud on the day.

Sadly, my dad, John Diment, passed away in March this year after a tough battle with MND. 

Sue, Harriet and I have decided to run together as a celebration of his life.

Dad was a much loved member of the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team for many years and in recognition of this, we will be passing all donations to this wonderful entirely volunteer led organisation.
