Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am doing the Manchester Run this year to raise £5,000 and people’s awareness of organ donation.
Sadly my nephew, Jack McLean died days after suffering a fatal brain bleed on his 19th birthday. Jack understood the need for people to donate their body organs and was happy to donate everything but his eyes – he was a bit queasy about that. Following his death he saved the lives of five people and helped four more – it epitomises the type of person he was. He was always so kind.
I hope that you can donate some money to my chosen charity “Live Life and Give Life” so that they can continue their brilliant work helping families and raising awareness ofthe need for people to agree to donate their organs.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
