I have experienced wounded troops during operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Also during personal rehabilitation at Headley Court. Charities such as Help for Heroes provide excellent support for the troops.

My previous Malvern Challenge and Thames Challenge events have raised around £40,000 for Help for Heroes and I would like to raise lots more from this event.
