Story

The Cycling Podcast is putting a team together to ride the London to Brighton on June 16, 2019. Hosts Lionel Birnie and Richard Moore will be joined by Rose Manley, Simon Gill and members of the production team.

Lionel said, "I rode the London to Brighton in 1990, when I was 14 and I rode it on a Raleigh. It was a great day and I'm looking forward to going back with friends from The Cycling Podcast. I'm going to dig out my 1990 bike (pictured) and see if it's up to the job of carrying me from London to Brighton again – although I have put on a few kilos since then..."
