The 15th September 2015 is a date our family will never forget. This the date our beautiful two year daughter Abi was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia. We have set up this campaign in Abi's name.

Story

Anthony and his sons Ryan And Matthew took part in the Isle of wight challenge. 52km on 30th April followed by 54km on 1st May. Ryan and Anthony completed entire coastline of the Isle of Wight. This is a total of 66 miles in 2 days. Matthew unfortunately dropped out but not until he did a heroic 74km.

We would like to Thank everyone who has donated so far. We would also like to thank my Wife Vicky for leading a support crew on the Island of Abi, Daisy, Sarah, Sheila, Clive and Janet.

This challenge was also is the end of a journey for Matthew who is combining this with an attempt to lose weight. Matthew has been big for most of his entire adult life and is hoping to lose 7 stone. He will keep a picture weight loss diary through this page.

Anthony turns 60 two weeks before this challenge and he will be celebrating by putting this monumental effort into raising money for CLIC Sargent

We are raising money for CLIC Sargent because Ryan's daughter Abi was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukeamia in September 2015, it is incurable but treatable. CLIC Sargent have been offering support to Ryan and his family Vicky, Daisy (4) and Abi (2), through a Social worker and nurses that can provide care within the home and nursery, thus avoiding trips to the hospital and assisting in getting some nomality into daily family life.
