Hey,

Everyone likes mud right? I mean, I love it. So what better way to spend my weekend than running through 12 miles of the stuff surrounded by a team of driven, digging deep, determined, downright dirty dudes who will be there to support me and each other as we plough our way through the mud like a... one of those things, whatsit, you know, farmers use them, in fields, muddy fields, Plough! thats it, like a plough!

Did I mention the obstacles?

20, count em, TWENTY obstacles ranging from submerged tunnels, electric wire, sheer walls, monkey bars, hordes of the undead (I may have made that one up) but you get the idea. It's going to be tough.
