Story
I am a former lance corporal in the 1st battalion Princess of wales royal regiment. My story is that I was injured in Afhanistan on the 20th November 2011. Since then I have had over 16 operations to get where I am today. I was medically discharged in September 2014. Since then I have set up a military fitness company T.M.J fitness. I am trying to get people to do this challenge of 453 repetitions of 10 different exercises in the memory of the 453 servicemen and women who were K.I.A in the conflict.
The transition into civilian life can be exceptionally tough, especially when you have a major health barrier to employment. The Poppy Factory helps disabled veterans to restore their financial independence through sustainable and rewarding careers, and their ongoing support enables veterans to thrive in their new workplace. Please help me to support The Poppy Factory in providing a truly bespoke employability service.
So please get on board and try the challenge and nominate someone to do it also. Please share this page and try your best to do the challenge.
Many thanks
