We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July 2020 I'm running and walking (let's be honest, mainly walking) 'Race to The Stones' - a 100km (62miles) endurance event along the oldest path in Britain, The Ridgeway, and finishing at the iconic Avebury Stone Circle.

Yes, it is a long way. No, I'm not sure what I've let myself in for.

However I do know that having the opportunity to raise funds for Cancer Research UK as I prepare for RTTS will make all the hard work worth it. I'm sure we all have friends and family who have been affected by cancer in one way or another. Whatever funds we can raise will go towards saving lives through research. I think that's worth a few blisters and sore legs on my part.

Thanks for reading this far, I really hope you can donate something - no matter the amount, it all helps.

Cheers

Tim Harries

PS. I'll update regularly with how my training is going.
