I'm doing both Veganuary and Dry January raising funds for fabulous charities whilst also having a month of clean foods and beverages ~ which I hope will improve my health and help reduce some of the symptoms of my chronic health conditions.

I'm no saint and have indulged heavily in the past in both animal products and alcohol. At one point I was bordering on alcoholism.

By the end of January I may find that I feel so much better having made these lifestyle changes that I continue forward on this path.
