Me and my friends have decided (probably a bad idea!) to test ourselves by doing the tough mudder 2012 event. We will be crawling under barbed wire, jumping through fire, swimming in ice lakes, getting electrocuted with 10,000 volts plus many more things just as lovely all of this over a ten mile assualt course / run!

Now I am sure as you can imagine this is going to take some training and hard work but it is all in aid of Help For Heroes so I am going to ask for all the support I can get knowing it is for a good cause is going to get me through this so please be generous!
