I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus 16 yrs ago and without live saving treatment I wouldnt be here to tell my story. Basically I owe them my life! Without the life saving treatment I recieved I would never have meet my husband or had my beautiful son.. The Neuro team in Sheffield are a continued support to me and my family. Since being diagnosed I've had my share of shunt revisions and stays in hospital. From my time spent in hospital I have meet many people with different conditions and illness who have also needed neurocare. By raising funds and awareness we know other families will be supported and new treatments and procedures will be found. Me and my family want to give something back..... Your fundraising means so much to Neurocare and for people like me who have been helped and lives that have been saved by the kindness and generosity of the public.
