The Transplant team are coming together in 2019 to take on Kidney Wales annual flagship event The Cardiff 10K on Sunday 1st September. 

As a charity it's their mission to ensure the highest level of care for patients .  For more than 50 years they've been a pillar of support for families affected.  From funding research and healthcare staff, to refurbishing renal units and campaigning for new laws on organ donation, patients remain at the heart of everything that they do.
