Serving as a Police Office for the British Transport Police I have witnessed first hand some of the horrors this country has faced and been fortunate to have come out unscathed both physically and mentally (some may argue the latter)

I have been there and seen firefighters and ambulance crews brought to their knees in tears and seen officers struggle with PTSD and physical struggles from injuries sustained in horrific attacks. The Blue Lamp Foundation do amazing work in supporting those effected and their families. This is my way of trying to support them so they can continue in this work.
