The UK Ghostbusters are a costume play (CosPlay) group who combine their love of the Ghostbusters Universe and childhood dreams of 'being' a Ghostbuster with raising money and awareness for charity.

When Harold Ramis passed away in February 2014, the whole Ghostbuster community mourned. The majority of fans had never even heard of the rare disease that he had been battling with. Since then, the UK Ghostbusters have been organising raffles and other fundraising efforts in support of Vasculitis UK. We wanted to help VUK in raising awareness of this life-changing experience as well as monies to help support those suffering from vasculitis diseases as well as their families and aid in the research of diagnosing and treating the various forms of vasculitis.

Since affiliating ourselves with Vasculitis UK, we've met some of the lovely people who founded and run this charity, some of which are personally effected by the disease. We have really appreciated their candor in educating us about the disease we are helping to fight and the charity and the people we are helping with our efforts.
