I decided to take part on this year's Edinburgh Half Marathon to bring awareness to the Coeliac disease by fundraising for the Coeliac UK. I chose to fundraise for the Coeliac UK because I believe the Coeliac UK does a great service to everyone looking for advice on how to live a life gluten free. But most of all because the Coeliac UK is the single largest funder for scientific research to understand the genetic basis and immune processes involved in the coeliac disease.
