Fundraising for Society For Orphaned Armenian Relief

I'm doing the Osterley Park Winter 10k run on behalf of SOAR (Society of Orphaned Armenian Relief) which is an amazing charity working with underprivileged children in Armenia.
As President of the London Chapter of SOAR it would really mean a lot to me if you can make a donation to sponsor me for my run - whatever you can afford is fine as all proceeeds will go towards this fantastic charity and will directly help the lives of many young children.
Please have a read of the below information which I've tried to keep brief but will hopefully give you a bit of background on this wonderful charity.
Poverty in Armenia, still pervasive today two decades after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, is rooted in both external and internal factors, including widespread government corruption, poor state governance, an unresolved conflict with Azerbaijan over the Karabakh territory, economic blockades by Turkey and Azerbaijan, and an outdated technological base and labor force. Children in Armenia are more vulnerable to the consequences of poverty than any other age or social group, resulting in increasing numbers of orphans, institutionalized children, and children living on the streets. There are nearly 1,500 children living in Armenia's 16 state- and privately-funded orphanages, and government expenditures on social services are very low and offer little in the way of a social safety net.
The Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) provides humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenian children and adults with disabilities throughout the world. Working with a trusted network of in-country Partners and a cadre of global volunteers, SOAR strives to provide this institutionalized population with the same educational and social opportunities as their non-institutionalized counterparts while simultaneously facilitating family empowerment, deinstitutionalization, and reunification.
Through our steadfast humanitarian relief efforts, the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) strives to provide orphaned Armenians throughout the world with resources fundamental to their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Over time, we aim to provide this underprivileged population with the tools necessary to become accomplished, educated, and self-supporting Armenians.
