11 of us from the Vernon Building Society in Stockport will tackle the Cheshire Three Peaks to raise funds following the fire at The Christie.

The blaze at the Withington cancer hospital in April saw research and life-saving equipment destroyed.

Our Senior Customer Service Manager, Caroline Shard is taking a team of 11 around the 15-mile route that takes in Tegg's Nose (370m), Shining Tor (559m) and Shutlingsloe (506m) near Macclesfield Forest.

The walk is due to take place on July 23, 2017. The Vernon will match any donations made up to a maximum of £600.
